DELIVERY
Tashia jewellery is handmade to order in London. To give your piece the time and attention it deserves, please allow 4-6 weeks for production of your item.
We offer complimentary shipping on your order
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery or DHL express. Confirmation of your order will be sent to the email provided when the order was placed.
A notification that your piece is ready to be sent will be issued to you once your order has been created and a tracking number will be provided once it has been dispatched.
All packages are insured at their full value before it’s shipped.
Please note that international taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer
All deliveries require a signature upon delivery
RETURNS
We hope you adore your Tashia purchase. As each piece is handmade to order especially for you, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. In the rare case of your order arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours on receipt of your order so that we can resolve the issue with you.
Please note: Due to the handmade nature of Tashia jewellery, there may be slight differences which add to the unique nature of your piece.
